Australian law is clear: you do not have to service a new vehicle at the dealership to keep its warranty. You need the work done to the manufacturer's schedule, by a licensed workshop, using parts and fluids that meet the maker's specification. That is exactly what we do. What Is Included in a Diesel Service
A diesel works harder than a petrol engine. Higher compression, higher injection pressures and turbochargers spinning at enormous speeds all put more load on oil and filtration, which is why service intervals matter more, not less. Our standard diesel service covers engine oil and filter, fuel filter, air filter and cabin filter, plus a full fluid level and condition check across the cooling, brake, steering and driveline systems.
From there we run a multi-point inspection: brake pad and rotor measurements, suspension and steering components, tyre condition and pressures, belts, hoses, battery and charging system, and a scan for stored fault codes. You get an honest report on what is fine, what to keep an eye on and what genuinely needs attention — with a price before any extra work happens.
Log Book Servicing Without Losing Your Warranty
Plenty of owners still believe their warranty is void the moment they leave the dealer network. It is not. Under Australian Consumer Law, an independent licensed workshop can carry out log book servicing provided the schedule is followed and specified parts and fluids are used. We keep records of exactly what was done, what went in and when — so if a warranty claim ever comes up, the paperwork stands on its own.

Servicing for Towing, Touring and Hard Work
If you tow, drive on dirt regularly or spend time in the sand and salt around the Tweed coast, the standard interval is often too long. Dusty conditions load the air filter faster, towing puts extra heat into the transmission and coolant, and coastal air is unkind to underbodies and brake hardware.
We will suggest a servicing interval that suits how you actually use the vehicle, and we will flag the things a schedule alone will not catch — like fuel water separators, dirty diesel from remote fills, or transmission fluid that has cooked behind a heavy van.
